usain bolt rocks!!! i shall take note of all his events from now on! there are the 100 x 4 relay and men's 200m left. eh he's very relaxed, at the start he's slower than some others, but after about 50m then his strides become very long and he starts looking from left to right, right to left, for competitors. then at the end he relaxes again cos he's way ahead of every one else hahahaha.

after he won he became very high leh! he started advertising for his golden shoes and dancing around hehe.

and it's true when they say he jogs through the heats cos he really looked like he was on a normal training routine. in contrast, tyson gay looked really really serious when he ran for the semifinals hahaha.
